At Shree Bansal Sweets & Gajak Bhandar, we specialize in delivering fresh sweets and gajak to your doorstep and directly to passengers at Abu Road Railway Station. Please read the following policy to understand our delivery process.
1. Delivery Locations
Local Delivery (Abu Road): We offer delivery within the town of Abu Road and nearby areas. Railway Station Delivery: We provide delivery to passengers at Abu Road Railway Station, ensuring that your order reaches you while you travel.
2. Shipping Charges
Local Delivery: For orders within Abu Road town, we offer free delivery for purchases above ₹500. A small delivery charge will apply to orders below this amount. Railway Station Delivery: A minimal service charge will apply for deliveries at Abu Road Railway Station, based on the time of delivery and order size. This will be communicated at the time of order placement.
3. Delivery Timing
Local Delivery: Orders within Abu Road are typically delivered within the same day or within 24 hours, depending on the time of order and delivery schedule. Railway Station Delivery: For deliveries at Abu Road Railway Station: Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before the expected train arrival time. We ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly at your designated platform and coach number.
4. Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. For railway station deliveries, please provide accurate details of your train, coach number, and expected time of arrival at Abu Road. Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 8 PM will be processed the next day. For early morning train deliveries, please place your order in advance.
5. Delivery Process
Railway Station Delivery: Our delivery personnel will meet you at your designated train platform with your order. Please ensure that you are present at the scheduled time to collect your items. In case of delays in the train’s arrival, our team will coordinate the delivery accordingly. If you are unable to collect the order due to personal reasons, please notify us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery. Orders not collected may not be refunded.
6. Delivery Issues
Missed Delivery: If you miss your delivery at the railway station or at your local address, we will attempt to contact you. If the delivery fails due to incorrect details or the customer’s unavailability, the order will be returned, and no refund will be issued for perishables. Delays: In rare cases where a train is significantly delayed, we will do our best to coordinate a new delivery time. However, this may not always be possible for delays exceeding 2 hours.
7. Refunds for Delivery Issues
Railway Station Orders: If our team is unable to deliver due to logistical reasons on our end, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, if the delivery fails due to incorrect train details or missed connections by the customer, no refund will be provided.
