Return and Refund Policy At Shree Bansal Sweets & Gajak Bhandar, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict Return and Refund Policy to ensure quality and safety.
1. No Return Policy As our products are consumable and perishable (such as sweets and gajak), we do not accept returns for any food items once they have been delivered or picked up. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
2. Refund Policy Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive products that are damaged, spoiled, or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Incorrect Products: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us within 24 hours with the order details and images, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed only after verifying the claim. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if the claim is made after 24 hours or if we determine that the product was damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase (credit card, bank account, etc.). If applicable, any delivery charges will not be refunded, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
4. Non-Refundable Items We do not provide refunds for food products that have been consumed, partially consumed, or mishandled after delivery. Products that were ordered in error by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
5. Cancellation Policy Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not permitted due to the preparation process of fresh items. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately via phone or email.
